Exercise Motivates Caroline Rodgers to Work Harder

Caroline Rodgers enjoys the physical benefits of walking, but she is quick to remind people that she walks daily for other reasons. Caroline Rodgers believes that her habit of physical activity helps her stay more motivated for work. By staying more motivated, she is able to work more efficiently and lend better attention to various cases.

Caroline Rodgers believes that walking helps alleviate her stress. When she isn’t stressed, Caroline Rodgers is able to think more clearly and focus better on her daily tasks around the office. She is more alert and no longer gets overly drowsy every afternoon. “I used to feel like I was about to fall asleep at my desk every afternoon at work,” Caroline Rodgers says. She no longer worries about getting tired because her exercise boosts her energy.

Although she started out by exercising for physical health, the mental improvements have impacted Caroline Rodgers more strongly. Caroline Rodgers keeps an ongoing list of the benefits of daily exercise, and job motivation is creeping towards the top of the list.

While some people say they can’t afford to exercise because joining a gym is too expensive, Caroline Rodgers encourages people to use their own two feet as a cost efficient and effective way to exercise. “Besides,” she says, “not exercising is far more costly than not.” On top of being a better employee, Caroline Rodgers recognizes that she is also minimizing her risk of dementia, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, cardiac disease, and many other harmful health situations.

Caroline Rodgers has fun with her exercise and she succeeds in her job because of her commitment to physical fitness.
